  • Melissa Bow

    PRESIDENT

    Melissa Bow is President of the Lindorf Family Foundation. She has a long history of serving and contributing to Licking County. She is the daughter of John Warner, the founder, and Christine Warner. Melissa has one son, Andrew, and two wonderful poodles, Ripley and Frances.

  • Andrew Bow

    CHAIR

    Andrew serves as Chair of the Lindorf Family Foundation. He is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University class of 2011, and owner of Vermilion Solar LLC, a solar installation and consultation business. He has previously worked for the offices of Congressman Pat Tiberi, Ohio Representatives Dovilla and Retherford, and most recently the Ohio Environmental Council. He presently resides in Columbus with his partner Robb and his two sons Milo and Felix.

    John Uible

    TREASURER

    John Uible currently serves as the treasurer of the Lindorf Family Foundation, as well as trust officer for Park National bank. John has a long history with Park National, joining in 1979. He is a graduate of Denison University. John and his wife, Julie have two children – Kate and Andrew.

  • Siobhan Clovis

    SECRETARY

    Siobhan R. Clovis has been practicing law since 1998 and has been with the Newark firm of Reese Pyle Meyer PLL since 2005. In 1995, Siobhan graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in history and a minor in economics. Siobhan attended law school at Case Western Reserve School of Law on a full academic scholarship and graduated cum laude.

    Siobhan lives in Granville with her husband Charlie and daughter Katie. The name “Siobhan” is Gaelic and is pronounced like “Shavon.”

  • Donna Alvarado

    BOARD

    Donna is the founder and current President of Aguila International, a business-consulting firm.

    Donna has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of a global educational publishing company from 1989-1993. She has served on corporate boards in the manufacturing, banking, transportation, and services industries. She has also led state and national workforce policy boards, as well as chairwoman of the Ohio Board of Regents.

    Following executive and legislative staff appointments at the U.S. Department of Defense and in the U.S. Congress, Ms. Alvarado was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to lead the federal agency ACTION, the nation’s premier agency for civic engagement and volunteerism, a position which she held from 1985-1989.

  • Mary Albright

    BOARD

    Ms. Albright was recently elected to the board for the Lindorf Family Foundation. She joined Reese Pyle Meyer, a law firm out of Newark, OH, in 1997. Her practice is centralized in the areas of estate planning and settlement, income and estate taxation, and tax-exempt organizations. She also assists clients in real estate transactions and in a variety of business matters, including setting up corporations and other business entities.

    She is active in a number of community groups, including work with Newark Development Parters, Newark Campus Development Fund, The Fuse Network, and Licking County Coalition for Housing. She previously served on the boards of Pathways of Licking County, Hospice of Central Ohio, Licking County Chamber of Commerce, Licking County Law Library Association, and St. Johns Learning Center. She has two grown children, and lives in Newark.

  • Brandon Mathis

    BOARD

    Brandon Mathis is the Vice President of Mathis Moving & Storage, a third-generation family owned company in Newark, OH. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. His passion for community-based service includes his active membership with the Newark Kiwanis club in which he has served 3 terms as a board member. Brandon has also served as President of the Board and has multiple terms as a board member for Camp O’Bannon, a free summer camp for at risk youth, in Newark, OH.

    Brandon resides in Granville, OH with his wife Kimberly and their 2 children Jacob and Emma.
